Disclosed are a device for installing a ship propeller and a method for installing a ship propeller using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for installing a ship propeller is a device for installing a propeller supported on the outer surface of a rotary shaft by a bearing to be rotated and comprises an installation guiding member which can be mounted on the rear surface of a propeller hub and which has a bearing accommodating part, which has the same diameter as the inside of the propeller hub to accommodate the bearing, inside; and a pressing member for pressing the bearing accommodated in the bearing accommodating part against the inside of the propeller hub.
