The present invention relates to a device for preventing a vine plant from climbing up to an electric pole which includes a main body and a wing part. The main body is installed on an outer circumferential side of a branch line. One end of the branch line is joined to an electric pole and the other end of the branch line is joined to a rod. An entrance part is formed inside the main body, and the vine plant guided by the branch line passes through the lower side of the entrance part. The wing part protrudes from an outer circumferential side of the main body and prevents the vine plant that climbs up along an outer circumferential side of the main body from climbing up. As described, according to the present invention, the device for preventing a vine plant from climbing up to an electric pole includes the main body having the entrance part through which the vine plant passes and the wing part which protrudes from both sides of the outer circumferential side of the main body to prevent the vine plant from climbing up. Therefore, the device for preventing a vine plant from climbing up to an electric pole has an advantage that the device can prevent a vine plant, which does not enter into the entrance part, from climbing up to the electric pole.
