PURPOSE: A roller structure for coating paste is provided to coat paste as much as a designed coating area by minimizing the thermal transformation of a roller body and reducing the size change of slots. CONSTITUTION: A roller structure for coating paste is made of a thermosetting synthetic resin. The roller structure includes a roller body(21) and an elastic body(22). A shaft hole is formed on the roller body, and a driving shaft, which transfers power to a center part, is combined with the shaft hole. The elastic body is attached to the circumferential surface of the roller body. Slots(22a) containing paste are formed on the surface of the elastic body. The roller body is made of one of polyamide, PE, PP, PVC, and ABS. The elastic body is made of urethane-based thermoplastic olefinic elastomer, amide-based thermoplastic polyurethane, or thermoplastic vulcanizate which is a thermoplastic elastic body. |
