PURPOSE: A smart tolling-deferred payment calculation system and a method thereof are provided to automatically collect a toll without entering a gate or reducing speed when a user passes through a collecting machine on a road. CONSTITUTION: A web server(110) receives input data according to member information from the outside to transmit the data to a DB server(120). A crossroad controller(140) provides card processing data including a gantry number information and number information about a vehicle passing through a corresponding gantry to an integrated management server(130). The integrated management server receives report information passing through the gantry to generate report data. The integrated management server processes a toll of a member passing through the gantry.
