The present invention relates to a fruit and vegetable peeler. According to the present invention, in a fruit and vegetable peeler comprising a cylindrical body and a peeling rotation disk accommodated in the cylindrical body to be able to rotate with respect to the central axis of the cylindrical body and provided with a barking unit on the upper surface thereof for removing the skin of fruits and vegetables, a vortex guide portion upwardly roundly-formed to the radially outward side is provided at the inner wall surface of the cylindrical body. Therefore, by using vortex phenomenon, the fruits and vegetables pushed to the radial outward direction of the peeling rotation disk can be evenly spread thereby increasing the peeling efficiency of the fruits and vegetables. In addition, through the vortex phenomenon, mixing of fruits and vegetables becomes active thereby enabling peeling processes at each part of the fruits and vegetables to be uniformly performed. |
