PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for providing a language learning by using a puzzle block are provided to induce an easy way to match the whole picture pattern by referring to a language and a direction indicator included in the puzzle block through the puzzle of the language learning. CONSTITUTION: A language learning providing system(100) comprises a display unit(110), an output unit(120), an input unit(130), a puzzle block information providing and executing unit(160), a language information display unit(170), a communication unit(150), and a control unit(140). The display unit visually provides the information for providing puzzle blocks and a language learning to a user. The output unit consecutively outputs a sound effect of the language of each puzzle block by a direction indicator. The input unit delivers information to rotate the puzzle block to the puzzle block information providing and executing unit by a selection signal which the user inputs. The puzzle block information providing and executing unit provides the puzzle block through the display unit. The language information display unit receives the language information of the puzzle block and indicates the language information as other languages.
