The device (100) has a housing (104) adapted to be connected to an electrical ground. An input shaft (101) is adapted to be rotated by an electric motor (200). A countershaft (102) and a differential shaft (103) are adapted to mechanically cooperate with the input shaft. The shafts are partially placed inside the housing. The housing encloses conductive graphite particles e.g. amorphous graphite particles,-enriched lubricating oil adapted to establish electrical contact between the shafts, and the housing. Ball bearings (400) rotatably mount the shafts in the housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an assembly (2) a method for manufacturing a power transmission device.
