The assembly (1) has a set of modular blocks (4), where each block includes an interface (5) adapted to be in contact with a localized zone of a part of a body. The interface is arranged to present a complementary form for the localized zone. The block comprises a core with specified shape and a primary envelope covering the core by engaging with the shape of the core. The interfaces from two of the blocks are arranged to provide a common junction (9) when the modular blocks are placed side by side. The core is made of flexible foam and the primary envelope is made of latex.
