The device has a venting and guide slot (22a) in which an end of a guidance screw (20a) is placed. An interior circular groove retains springs and two opposite grooves for guidance of flat circular rollers (4a). A reinforcement part includes an inner recess in a central part of the body of a gate valve (1a) on both sides of a drawer (2a) for passage of a fluid. A stop ball (13a) is placed on a seat. The stop ball is directly actuated by the drawer in translation or rotation starting from a turning button or by push rods.
