Disclosed is a method for providing the information of a portable terminal which includes the steps of: locating the portable terminal within a communication radius of a sensor-based BLE device which is previously registered in the portable terminal; receiving identification information from the sensor-based BLE device and sensing information sensed by the sensor-based BLE device; extracting alarm information corresponding to the received identification information of the sensor-based BLE device; comparing the received sensing information with preset reference sensing information included in the extracted alarm information; and outputting an alarm message included in the alarm information based on the comparison result.
