The present invention relates to a spin-dryer removing rainwater from an umbrella. More specifically, the drying apparatus for removing rainwater from an umbrella comprises: a body which has a hollow tetrahedron or cylinder shape and an open part of an upper surface; a cover which has one end coupled to one side of the upper surface of the body to be rotated and the other end having a catching groove on which a handle of an umbrella is caught; a first vertical moving member which has one end coupled to one end of the cover and is operated together every time when the cover is rotated; a second vertical moving member which is a long member with a screw shape and is operated together as the first vertical moving member is vertically moved by having one end coupled to the other end of the first vertical moving member; a first rotating member which includes an upper rotating member rotated by an inserted screw of the second vertical moving member and having a right-angled triangle-shaped first rotating jaw on one side of a lower surface and a first through hole on which a shape corresponding to the screw is engraved and includes a lower rotating member rotated on the bottom of the body and having a second through hole with a larger diameter than that of the first through hole therein and a right angled triangle-shaped second rotating jaw formed on an upper surface to make a lozenge shape by making the vertical side of the second rotating jaw to face a vertical side of the first rotating jaw; a second rotating member installed apart from the first rotating member at a predetermined distance; a belt connecting the first rotating member and the second rotating member in order to transfer the rotating force of the first rotating member to the second rotating member; and a spin-dry drum which has a hollow cylinder shape and has an open end and the other end coupled to the second rotating member to be installed in the body. |
