The present invention relates to a method for preliminarily surveilling failure diagnosis. The method for preliminarily surveilling failure diagnosis according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of registering the composition part of equipment; a step of measuring the eigenfrequency of each part; a step of creating a database with regard to the vibration characteristic of the equipment; a step of measuring the vibration of each part and analyzing frequency; a step of detecting a failure state; and a step of generating an alarm with regard to a broken part and notifying it.
