The receiver has a frame (1) fixedly leveled with an opening of a multi-story building. A platform (2) is provided for loading/unloading of materials. The platform is movably mounted to the frame to move the platform between a retracted position in which the platform is partially returned into the building and an external position in which the platform is extended to external of the building. The frame comprises a rail along which the platform is moved between the retracted position and the external position.
