Plug contacts (18) electrically connected to the sensor chip (22) are also provided in the plug part (16). It is also provided for the proposed pressure sensor module (10) that the measured medium can be applied to the sensor chip (22) through the pressure connector (14) and that the pressure connector (14) is produced at least in part from a light metal. |
