<p>A protruding section (1b) is provided on the whole circumference of the inner circumferential surface of a case (1). A circumferential groove (16b) is formed on the whole circumference of the outer circumferential surface of a valve body (16), an annular seal member (18) is mounted in the groove, and the seal member (18) is brought into contact with the seal surface (1c) of the protruding section (1b) when a valve is closed, and a gap between the case (1) and the valve body (16) is closed. Since an outer diameter (D2) of a circumferential groove (16b) side wall on the coil ASSY (5) side of the seal member (18), said side wall being one of both the side walls of the circumferential groove, and a length (L) of the seal member (18), and an inner diameter (D1) of the protruding section (1b) are in the relationship of D2+2×L>D1, the seal member (18) is caught on the protruding section (1b), and is prevented from falling.</p> |
