The present invention relates to a transmission control module. To lower the total height and improve heat dissipation efficiency, a transmission control module for a vehicle includes: a primary conducting strip substrate (12); a secondary conducting strip substrate (16) on the first lateral side (18) of which electronic elements (20) are mounted; an electrical connection unit (22) which is placed between the primary and the secondary conducting strip substrate; and a matrix compound which is placed on areas between the electronic elements. The secondary conducting strip substrate and the elements thereon are sealed against surroundings (26). A carrier substrate (28) is further included. The first lateral side (30) of the substrate can be fixed to a component of a transmission, and the second lateral side (32) opposite to the first lateral side includes at least one storage volume (34). The lateral side of the storage volume is surrounded by a lateral wall area (36) in a circle. Since the primary conducting strip substrate is placed in the lateral wall area and the first lateral side of the secondary conducting strip substrate is placed towards the second lateral side of the carrier substrate in the storage volume, the elements protrude at least partially into the storage volume filled with the matrix compound. |
