An image processing apparatus is disclosed. The image processing device includes a storage unit which stores a plurality of consecutive image frames and a frame generating unit which obtains a preset number of image frames from the image frames stored in the storage unit; and synthesizes the image frames obtained to sequentially generate frames to play a video, wherein the frame generating unit uses the same image frame for another video play frame.
