According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pan cake powder composition may include powder of Jerusalem artichoke, which: has an effect of antioxidation reducing active oxygen; improves an intestinal environment; and controls blood sugar. A pan cake made of the pan cake powder composition containing powder of Jerusalem artichoke has anti-aging properties.
