The present invention comprises an astronomical telescope which observes cracks formed on a measurement object from a measurement position a predetermined distance away from the measurement object; a camera which photographs the cracks observed by the astronomical telescope; a coupler which blocks light to allow the camera to photograph the cracks observed by the astronomical telescope by connecting the astronomical telescope and a lens part of the camera; and a measurement unit which is formed on the camera and displays the size of the cracks in an image photographed by the camera.
