The present invention provides a light emitting element having a structure and composition which are difficult to be influenced by an adjacent pixel. The light emitting element includes a light emitting part and an operating circuit to operate the light emitting part. The operating circuit is at least composed of an operating transistor (TR1), an image signal recording transistor (TR2), and a capacity part (C0). The operating circuit is connected to a scan line (SCL), a current supply line (CSL) extended in a first direction, and a data line (DTL) extended in a second direction. The current supply line (CSL) and the scan line (SCL) are formed on a first interlayer insulation layer (21) and the first interlayer insulation layer (21), the current supply line (CSL), and the scan line (SCL) are covered by second interlayer insulation layers (22,23). The data line (DTL) is formed on the interlayer insulation layer (23) and a shield wall (41) extended in the first direction is prepared on the second interlayer insulation layer (22) as a gap between a light emitting element and an adjacent light emitting element to the light emitting element in the second direction. |
