PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig grinder by which the number of parts is reduced so as to make assembling work easy and the amount of automatic cutting stroke is increased so as to improve accuracy of the cutting action.SOLUTION: A grindstone cutting controlling mechanism 2 comprises: a slide base 21 fixed on a main axis; a slider 23 on which a high frequency motor for grindstone rotation at the side of a grindstone is fixed; a ball screw 22 for cutting drive which lies between the slide base 21 and the slider 23 and realizes movement in a direction orthogonal to the main axis direction of the slider 23 relative to the slide base 21; a cutting drive motor relatively fixed on the slide base 21; a deceleration machine 26 and a driven pulley 27 which decelerate rotation of a cutting drive motor and transmit the decelerated rotation to a screw axis 221 of the ball screw 22 for cutting drive. |
