The invention relates to agricultural production, specifically to the production of crops which are sown. One of the problems in achieving high yields of such crops is the problem of the timely sowing thereof, maintaining moisture in the soil and environmental friendliness. The goal of the proposed invention is to simplify the process of increasing crop yields, to reduce costs and to increase environmental friendliness.
