The present invention relates to an eco-friendly paint composition for ships and heavy duty coating having corrosion resistance and anti-fouling properties so as to endure well in an corrosive environment of the sea, and a construction method using thereof. An eco-friendly paint composition for ships and heavy duty coating having corrosion resistance and anti-fouling properties obtained through polymerization reaction of a mixture of an isocyanate prepolymer, an amine polyol and polyol propylamine, and a construction method using thereof are provided. According to the eco-friendly paint composition for ships and heavy duty coating, a strong coating may be formed when compared to a common paint composition. In addition, good mechanical properties such as bonding strength, impact strength, and corrosion resistance may be obtained in addition to durability. The paint composition is harmless to human and eco-friendly and has good corrosion resistance and anti-fouling properties. Thus, the paint composition may be used heavy duty coating for ships including the bottom of a ship, fender, cargo hold, etc., harbor piles, steel bridges, etc. |
