The present invention relates to a power transmission and distribution technology and, more particularly, to a power interrupter including an electric shock preventing function. The interrupter is connected to a power transmission and distribution path to an electric facility. The interrupter prevents an electric shock when the electric facility connected to the interrupter or another electric facility electrically connected to the electric facility and placed around the electric facility is flooded. The interrupter includes: an interrupting part interrupting a circuit connection when an over current flows; a first flat conductor having one end connected to one of output terminals of the interrupting part, having the width wider than the thickness of a first wire, having the length longer than the thickness of the first wire, and having the area, which is a multiplied value of the width and the length, four times bigger and 100,000 times smaller than the area of the first wire; a second flat conductor having one end connected to other output terminals of the interrupting part, and having the same standard as the first flat conductor; and a housing, which is a nonconductor, electrically separating and fixing the first and second flat conductors. |
