PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having improved permeability of an oil-soluble component, excellent use feeling and good stability.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic contains the components (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F): (A) a cationic surfactant represented by the formula (1) (where Rand Rrepresent a straight or branched chain saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, Rand Rrepresent an alkyl group, and Xrepresents a salt forming anion), (B) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 12.5 to 15, (C) an oil solution having an SP value of 15.5 to 18.5 and being liquid at 25°C, (D) a higher alcohol, (E) a compound having an SP value of 23 to 30 and (F) water, where the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.5 to 5. |
