PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film excellent in optical property, heat resistance, dimension stability as well as further thermal decomposition resistance, a polyimide composition varnish used for the same and a manufacturing method of the polyimide composition varnish.SOLUTION: The polyimide composition varnish contains a polyimide or a polyimide precursor, and organized layer silicate of which interlayer ions are exchanged by organic phosphonium ions. Also 1 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of he organized layer silicate of which interlayer ions are exchanged by organic phosphonium ions may be contained based on 100 pts.mass of the polyimide or the polyimide precursor. |
