An elongated electrically-conductive member (270) longitudinally disposed at a distal end of the inner conductor. A balun (320) disposed in association with the outer conductor. An electrically-conductive cylinder (540) coaxially disposed around a distal portion of the balun. A dielectric structure (850) disposed substantially adjacent to a distal end of the electrically conductive cylinder.
