PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment friendly emulsion type adhesive agent having high adhesive force and high tack without using an organic solvent and its manufacturing method, and an adhesive tape, an adhesive sheet and the like using the same.SOLUTION: A natural rubber-acryl composite adhesive agent containing polymer by compounding a natural rubber latex and a (meth)acryl polymer is obtained by dissolving a tackifier resin into one or more kinds of (meth)acryl monomers which are contained as constitutional units of a homopolymer or a copolymer having the glass transition temperature of -20°C, and polymerizing the (meth)acryl monomer in a presence of the natural rubber latex. |
