PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegal access detection device for detecting illegal access and processing the illegal access in the case of trying the illegal access to a server by using an access ID that is illegally stolen.SOLUTION: An illegal access detection device relating to an embodiment of this invention includes a spy ID generation part for generating a spy ID, an access log inspection part for monitoring access using the spy ID after the spy ID generated by executing a malicious code installed in a specific terminal is leaked, and an illegal IP processing part for confirming information of a device accessing by using the spy ID in accordance with a monitoring result of the access log inspection part and recording the information.
