<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle locking/unlocking device capable of being easily incorporated into a vehicle, and the vehicle comprising the same.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle machine 31, into which a sound signal S6 or a vibration signal S1 is input, detects a sound or a vibration, which exceeds predetermined intensity, from the sound signal S6 or the vibration signal S1, and outputs an unlocking signal S4 or a locking signal S5 when certifying that a portable machine is a registered portable machine, from a response signal S3. Thus, a vehicle locking/unlocking device 100, which dispenses with a touch sensor wired within a conventional door and which can be easily incorporated into a vehicle, can be achieved.</p> |
