An imaging cartridge chip (10), a data processing method and an imaging cartridge. The imaging cartridge chip (10) comprises a storage unit (2) for storing imaging cartridge data and an interface unit (3) for connecting to an imaging device (20), the storage unit (2) being connected to a control circuit (1) and the interface unit (3) being connected to the control circuit (1); the control circuit (1) includes a read write control unit (11) which is used for writing original data and backup data thereof into the storage unit (2) or reading the original data and the backup data thereof from the storage unit (2), and a logic operation unit (12) which is used for performing logic operations on the original data and the backup data thereof and generating read-out data with the same quantity as the original data; and the read-write control unit (11) is connected to the storage unit (2). Thus, the reliability of data can be ensured and the false original data in the storage unit (2) is also restored.
