A roaster for pork belly using charcoal fire of the present invention comprises: a furnace holder obliquely disposed in a body of the roaster; and a furnace with a handle disposed along an inclined surface of the furnace holder. In accordance with the roaster of the present invention, charcoal is combusted in the furnace, heat from the combusted charcoal is transferred to a side surface and a center of a fire plate disposed above a cover of the roaster along an inclined angle of the cover of the roaster having an inclined surface on a bottom surface thereof, and the pork belly is cooked, so that oil generated from the pork belly and a heat source do not interact with each other and are collected in an oil pan and an ash pan. |
