Abstract This invention relates to molecular and cellular biology and biochemistry. In one aspect, the invention provides polypeptides having a lignocellulolytic (lignocellulosic) activity, e.g., a ligninolytic and cellulolytic activity, including, e.g., a glycosyl hydrolase, a cellulase, an endoglucanase, a cellobiohydrolase, a beta-glucosidase, a xylanase, a mannase, a xylosidase (e.g., a 0- xylosidase) and/or an arabinofuranosidase activity, polynucleotides and polypeptides.
