1. An apparatus for controlling kick down of an accelerator pedal for a vehicle comprising:
a storage device that stores information related to a tendency of the driver to operate an accelerator pedal sensor (APS) while a vehicle is being driven; and a controller configured to determine the tendency of the driver to operate the accelerator pedal based on information from APS operation input within the storage device and determine a control value in accordance with the determined results to transmit a control signal to an operation device.
