An insulating method for aluminum back plate of a photovoltaic module comprises cutting an aluminum back plate (2) so that the size of each aluminum back plate is 4-5 mm smaller than the size of glass; opening a square hole at the portion of an electrode lead (4) of the aluminum back plate; when modules are arranged and laid, performing insulating treatment on the square opening (3) by adding insulating small materials or covering the edge with an insulating film; performing lamination and cutting an edge of a laminated piece, and covering, by using a 0.5-1mm insulated rubber tape, the edge of the laminated piece, of which the edge is cut; and finally spraying silica gel (6) on the laminated piece, framing up the laminated piece, and mounting a terminal box on the laminated piece. This method is easy to operate, requires low investment, and has a prospect of being widely applied. |
