The present invention relates to a cosmetics capsule container (100) capable of performing direct receiving, filing, and impregnation work of liquid cosmetics to a porous pad. The cosmetics capsule container comprises; a receiving room (110) in which a porous pad (120) and liquid cosmetics (130) are received and filled therein; a sidewall (112) which is extended from a bottom unit (114) to form the receiving room and is open in one direction; a holder (113) which is formed inside an upper opening unit of the sidewall and prevents the porous pad from being separated to the outside; a holding unit (116) which is formed on the upper side of the outer circumference surface of the sidewall and induces the stable combination with a cosmetics case; and an extension unit (118) which connects an edge boundary unit of the sidewall and the bottom unit and induces soft rising operation of the bottom unit for the sidewall.
