<p>A method for using a ferruginous by-product within an electric furnace is provided to get molten steel in which the content of sulfur and phosphorus decreases. A method for using a ferruginous by-product within an electric furnace comprises: a step of charging cold iron in the electric furnace; a step of charging the ferruginous by-product on an upper part of the cold iron; a step of charging scrap iron on the upper part of the ferruginous by-product and molding a cold iron layer having the ferruginous by-product under the highest scrap iron layer; and a step of melting cold iron by supplying the arc current to the cold iron layer. The ferruginous by-product comprises: a step of dividing the ferruginous by-product in to less than 8mm; a step of crushing the ferruginous by-product; a step of separating the ferruginous by-product of 3~6mm range from the crushed ferruginous by-product; and a step of selecting the high ferruginous by-product from the ferruginous by-product of 3~6mm range using the magnetic force.</p> |
