PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a position of probe information related to a certain area on the basis of a small amount of probe information.SOLUTION: A system (1, 20) receives transmission information from a second radio base station device (14) and stores the transmission information in a database (262). The transmission information includes: first time data and first latitude and longitude data in association with a first radio base station device (12) among multiple radio base station devices (10-18) disposed on a side of a road (2); second time data in association with the second radio base station device (14) among the multiple radio base station devices; and a series of probe information including data related to latitude, longitude, time, and travelling directions at multiple positions between the first radio base station device (12) and the second radio base station device (14). In addition, among the multiple positions of the series of probe information, the system determines first probe information having a position in the vicinity of latitude and longitude of a first position related to a certain area (22), and second probe information having a position in the vicinity of latitude and longitude of a second position related to the certain area. |
