PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill determination device and a vehicle with the device, which are capable of determining a vehicle operation skill appropriately in accordance with a road category.SOLUTION: A skill determination device 30 includes: a vehicle stability characteristics evaluation part 54 for evaluating a stability characteristics of a vehicle and calculating a vehicle stability score; a turning characteristics evaluation part 55 for evaluating a turning characteristics of the vehicle and calculating a turning characteristics score; an overall characteristics evaluation part 57 for calculating an overall characteristics score on the basis of the vehicle stability score and the turning characteristics score; and a correction part 44, having plural pieces of correction condition information that are pre-set for each road category, for correcting the overall characteristics score on the basis of the vehicle stability score, the turning characteristics score and the correction condition information corresponding to a road on which the vehicle travels. |
