PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to separately inspect failure of the solar battery panel of a solar battery array after installation on a structure.SOLUTION: Magnetic flux 31 generated by a current flowing in wiring is captured by making flat detection surfaces of magnetic flux capturing members 71 and 72 come in contact with the surface part of a solar battery panel or approach there in a non-contact manner so as to sandwich the wiring 30 of the solar battery panel using the magnetic flux capturing members 71 and 72. The captured magnetic flux is effectively supplied to a Hall sensor 75 via yoke members 73 and 74. The magnetic flux capturing members 71 and 72 are each composed of an L-shaped flat plate and together configure a T-shape with one side of the flat plates being disposed to face each other with a gap therebetween. |
