generating a customer service portal in a graphical user interface; receiving a product type; generating an agent list comprising a plurality of service agents based at least in part on the product type; displaying the agent list in the graphical user interface; receiving a selection of at least one of the plurality of service agents; receiving a communication preference for completing a service request; displaying a summary of a service request comprising the product type, the problem description, and the selected service agents; and generating a service request.
