MICROWAVE ENERGY CONVERSION APPARATUS

A microwave energy conversion apparatus comprises a microwave receiving unit and a microwave rectification unit. The microwave receiving unit and the microwave rectification unit are formed by semiconductor blocks (10). Each semiconductor block (10) is provided with an ohmic contact electrode (11) used for outputting direct current produced by the semiconductor block (10). The ohmic contact electrodes (11) are disposed at two ends of the semiconductor blocks (10) along a microwave transmission direction. Based on the Hall effect of the microwave, the microwave energy conversion apparatus rectifies microwaves by using a semiconductor effect, combines microwave reception and microwave rectification, simplifies the circuit design, and has characteristics of simple structure, easiness in layout and relatively wide rectification bandwidth.
