The device (1) has a first rotor (3) rotated between first and second end positions relative to a drivable stator (2), and second rotor (4) rotated between the first and second end positions relative to the first rotor for adjusting a cam shaft of an internal combustion engine. The cam shaft adjusts assistance of the device over a first partial switching position and a second partial switching position. The cam shaft adjusts assistance of the first rotor over the first partial switching position and assistance of the second rotor over the second partial switching position. An independent claim is also included for a cam shaft arrangement.
