The present invention relates to a composite for thermal compress which removes human body waste of a user and promotes skin improvement, fatigue recovery, blood circulation, and metabolism vitalization by enabling a thermal compress on the user at a fixed high temperature using a mixed and stirred material for a thermal compress, which is naturally fermented, in the pleasant state due to a phytoncide effect of retinispora. The mixed and stirred material is obtained by naturally fermenting a mixed and stirred material for a thermal compress, generated by mixing sawdust of the retinispora, rice bran, enzyme, and water, for 1 day at room temperature, maintaining the material at the temperature between 65°C and 70°C, and placing the material in an acceptor formed with the retinispora. |
