PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing a gene using a serial oligonucleotide primer is provided to enhance accuracy by preventing wrong nucleotides from being inserted when a gene is synthesized and to save costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing a target gene using a serial oligonucleotide primer comprises the steps of: synthesizing a serial oligonucleotide primer with a length of 55-65 nt based on the sequence of the target gene; performing PCR using a pair of primers in which 15-29 nucleotides are overlapped, which is selected among the synthesized primers exclusive of primers at both ends; and performing PCR using the PCR product as a template and the primers at both ends. |
