The present invention relates to a linear desktop robot comprising: a base stage (110); a first linear transferring mechanism (120) which is installed at the base stage (110) by being sandwiched by door frames (121); a second transferring mechanism (130) which is installed to be transferred in a first direction (X) by the first linear transferring mechanism and linearly transfers a head module (131) in a second direction (Z); a third linear transferring mechanism (140) which is installed at the base stage (110) to be situated under the first linear transferring mechanism (140); and a slider (150) which is installed to be linearly transferred in a third direction (Y) by the third linear transferring mechanism (140), wherein the third linear transferring mechanism (140) transfers a working stage using a linear motor, whereby facilitating a high speed and high precision control and avoiding vibrations and find dust. |
