A method for preparing polyester/polycarbonate blends is provided to obtain a polyester product used for various fields, having the inherent viscosity 0.80 dl / g or more. A method for preparing polyester/polycarbonate blends comprises a step of obtaining the PET / PC blend chip by compounding polycarbonate(PC) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET); and a step for by crystallizing the PET / PC blend chip polymerizing it to increase the molecular weight. The polyethylene terephthalate(PET) is the PET consisting of terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and/or C3-6 alkylene glycol, or the PET copolymerized with 1-10mol% of isophthalic acid, cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) or diethylene glycol based on an acid or diol component. |
