PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the provision of a user service corresponding to the moving condition of a parking lot user including the provision of appropriate information to the parking lot user after getting off a vehicle by grasping the moving condition of the parking lot user.SOLUTION: A parking lot system includes: a radio station 2 capable of performing radio communication with an information communication terminal 10; and an information providing device 3 capable of providing predetermined information to the user of a parking lot 1 (parking lot user). The information providing device 3 includes: a transmission/reception part 31 for performing radio communication with the radio station 2, and grasps the moving condition of the parking lot user on the basis of information acquired via the radio station 2 from the information communication terminal 10 owned by the parking lot user (a moving condition grasping part 32). Then, the information providing device 3 generates information for a user corresponding to the grasped moving condition of the parking lot user (an information generation part 33), and transmits the generated information for the user via the radio station 2 to the corresponding information communication terminal 10. |
