The invention comprises a net stretched across the pool surface, either partially or completely, and either end attached to two pull chords. Each pull cord is operated by an individual. The upper edge of the net is attached to a float and the lower edge is weighted to ensure it submerges below the water surface. Two side edges of the net are incorporate a spreader bar to create separation between the top and bottom of the net to create maintain an opening to captures water surface debris.
