A primer for footwear constituting members, which contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin and a medium, and which is characterized in that: the acid-modified polyolefin resin is a copolymer that contains an olefin unit and an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit; the olefin unit contains a propylene unit (A) and an olefin unit (B) other than the propylene unit; the mass ratio (A/B) is from 60/40 to 95/5; and the unsaturated carboxylic acid unit is contained in an amount of 0.1-10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the units (A) and (B).
